Ballroom Dancing Perth –  Why Over 50’s are Flocking to Seniors Dance Classes

There’s overwhelming evidence that attending a Ballroom dancing Perth seniors dance class is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy.

Seniors dancing for the over 50’s is a gentle, low intensity, exercise class with an emphasis on Latin American, Ballroom and sequence dance rhythms providing a low-impact workout.

Solo classes are held in Dalkeith and Scarborough and are designed to keep you active and stay fit.

In fact, the seniors dance classes will improve your balance and strength, flexibility, increase mobility and challenge your mind.

The classes are run in a safe and friendly environment, and encourage you to express yourself to great music and have fun with like-minded friends.

“Many older Australians over the age of 50 are doing no exercise at all, and many more are not doing enough to improve strength, co-ordination and balance.

Attending a seniors dance class is a wonderful activity with so many health benefits and the opportunity to socialise and meet many people in the community,” Kim Stock said..

Attending a Ballroom dancing Perth Seniors class improves brain function and reverses signs of aging.
